At Edmunds Cocktails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our bottled cocktails, we can only accept returns on products that remain sealed and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization code.

  Pack Your Cocktails

  Securely package the unopened bottles in their original transit packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel back to our UK warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
